Meeting God

"Goodnight" was the last words Carla heard. The lights switched off and her eyelids drooped shut. Suddenly Carla found herself in a small, buttoned up room with cobwebs in it, and a candle with an ancient candle holder lighting up the room. Without thinking, Carla leaped forward and touched it.

Then, just at the moment wonderful white sparks began whizzing around the room, sending the whole place rattling side to side. Everything disappeared leaving the room, white.

"Help" she shrieked. Then all of a sudden, an old dusty smell filled the gap and somebody's face appeared. To be exact, it wasn't quite like a man's nor a woman's. Carla somehow found it to be a face she recognized. A face she hadn't seen for years. It seemed to be appearing as God.

Then Carla heard the stormy calm voice. "Your life down back on Earth has ended."

Carla gasped. She hadn't heard such a peace and calmness for months together. She was lead into a vast house. There were people of many kinds and generations.

"This house is called the house of the dead."

I gasped again. Such mysteries was so not meant for little kids.
