A waste, A luxury

Andrew was hungry. Since the time he was dumped into a potato sack and thrown away like rubbish by his mother, Andrew had got no hope, no food, and no clothes. His tummy craved for food. If only he could find something even if it’s on the road. He stomped hungrily and cried in anger as he saw children and other people around him down by the shops eating delicious ice-creams.

Andrew moaned. It was unfair. That night when he went to bed on his pavement with only a crisp thin sheet to cover him, Andrew slept and dreamed dreams. He could see so much food, money, wealth and more abundance. It was all there in front of him. But somehow he couldn’t get it. Suddenly he woke up with a jostle and hit his head on a post that was dangling wildly side by side, since it had been knocked down by a car.

Andrew clasped his hands together and thought “Oh my wonderful God, please make this day a miraculous one.” He mumbled and hastily walked down the pavement.

He soon came across a school and saw a couple of children eating their lunch and shouting

“By golly, mum has sent me this DISGUSTING load of rubbish. How does she think I’m supposed to eat these beans? This ought to sooooo go in the bin.”

Andrew heard tossing’s of food in the bin. Ah ha, he thought to himself. I can at least get some eats here!!!

Food for thought
If you are a kind of a person that refuses to eat any healthy food and toss them in the bin, remember other people who are starving for food, like how Andrew did. Always eat it up, but at the same time share with somebody who can not afford food and make their life change for good.
